Shopping
Your credit card information is completely safe when you shop online with Heller & Reid. Our online order form uses a secure, encrypted link between our server and your browser. The digital certificate is provided by VeriSign.
If you prefer, you have the option of using an offline order form when shopping on our site, which can be emailed to yourself, printed and then either faxed or mailed to us. You may also call us toll free to place your order or reservation.

Mailings
We may send you information from time to time about new products or promotions we believe you will find of value. You may request not to receive mailings by sending an e-mail message to service@hellerandreid.com

Shipping
All items are shipped ground. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you move after placing your order please contact customer service by email or phone. Re-shipments due to an incorrect address will be charged. Shipping is in addition to the price of the item. See estimated timeframes below. Most Bouquet Preservation will take 20 to 24 weeks. UPS is our preferred carrier; therefore, P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. Estimated shipping times for ground is 2-9 business days.
Payment
Methods
Heller & Reid accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks. We do not accept cash or C.O.D. We charge $50.00 for returned checks and $15.00 for declined credit cards that require re- processing.
Late
Payment Charges
Bridal bouquet reservation decisions are due no later than three weeks after the receipt of your flowers. A late charge of $25.00 per month will be add to your account on reservations in which a display decision and final payment has not been receive by this timeframe.
Sales
Tax
A sales tax of 8.25 % is added to all orders shipped within the state of Texas.
Telephone
Orders
Heller & Reid will accept telephone orders between 10:30am and 3:00pm Central. Monday-Thursday. However, we encourage online ordering whenever possible.
Returns
For assistance, please call 800-742-9570. Do not return anything without first contacting customer service. Please keep all shipping materials to re-wrap your item for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any damage that could occur during re-shipping.
Damaged
Shipments
In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in shipment you must contact us within 36 hours. All merchandise will be repaired, replaced, or a refund issued, as required. Floral Preservation orders are not eligible for refunds based on damage .Please contact customer service toll free at 800-742-9570. If after normal business hours please leave a message with customer service. Include a phone number and the best time to contact you. Please keep all shipping materials for re-packaging.

Satisfaction
We want all our customers to love and cherish their preserved flowers. In the rare event that you are not happy we will do everything that we can to correct any concerns within the guides lines provided here. You must contact us within 10 days and provide details. We will provide instructions or options to solve your concerns and any costs to do so. The creation of your final display and flower preservation is a creative process and open to many interpretations and conditions. Per the above, once your preservation is completed any changes or alterations requested by you may create additional charges for labor, materials, and shipping. You will be responsible for these additional costs. All sales are final and no returns or refunds are provided for any reason. The long-term condition of your preserved flowers is dependent on factors beyond our control. Heller & Reid is not responsible for and cannot repair flowers that have been infected by insects. The laws of Texas will govern this agreement and any dispute must be settled in Harris County. . Please
