If you prefer, you have the option of using an offline order form
when shopping on our site, which can be emailed to yourself, printed
and then either faxed or mailed to us.

Shipping
We offer next
day, 2nd day and ground on our Quick Gifts Collection. All other
items are shipped ground. The customer is responsible for providing
the correct shipping address. If you move after you place your order
please contact customer service by email or phone. Re-shipments
due to an incorrect address will be charged to the customer. Shipping
is in addition to the price of the item. See estimated timeframes
below. You will be contacted by e-mail if items are backordered.

Since
most of our floral arrangements are made to your specifications
it can take 4 to 6 weeks for design and packaging, plus the shipping
time listed above.

Methods
Heller & Reid
accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We
do not accept cash or Cod's. We charge $50.00 for returned checks.

Tax
A sales tax
of 8.25 % is added to all orders shipped within the state of
Texas.

Returns
For assistance,
please call 800-742-9570. Do not return anything without first contacting
customer service. Please keep all shipping materials and use them
to re-wrap your item for return. Thank you.
Damaged
Items
In the unlikely
event that your merchandise is damaged in shipment you must contact
us within 36 hours so that we can arrange a pickup and file a
damage claim. All merchandise will be repaired or replaced as
required and returned to you as soon as possible. Please contact
customer service toll free at 800-742-9570. If after normal business
hours please leave a message with customer service and a number
and time that you can be contacted.
We
want all our customers to love and cherish their preserved
flowers. In the rare event that you are not happy we will do
everything
that we can to correct any concerns within the guides lines provided
here. You must contact us within 10 days and provide details. We
will provide instructions or options to solve your concerns and
any costs to do so. The creation of your final display and flower
preservation is a creative process and open to many interpretations
and conditions. Per the above, once your preservation is completed
any changes or alterations requested by you may create additional
charges for labor, materials, and shipping. You will be responsible
for these additional costs. All sales are final and no returns
or refunds are provided for any reason. The long-term condition
of your preserved flowers is dependent on factors beyond our control.
Heller & Reid is not responsible for and cannot repair flowers
that have been infected by insects. The laws of Texas will govern
this agreement and any dispute must be settled in Dallas County.

ABOUT FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS
How
long can I expect my arrangement to last?
Anything that
will harm a fresh flower will harm your freeze dried arrangement
so it depends on how well you take care of your flowers. Do not
display outside, in direct sun light, or by a heat source as these
will shorten the life of you flowers. Do not touch or drop.
Can
I get a flower or color that is not listed on the website?
Call our design
center toll free and well will do our best to help you with what
ever you are looking for.
Do
you offer discounts on large orders for businesses etc.?
Please contact
us for special pricing. Our flower arrangements make wonderful gifts
for businesses and we will be happy to work with you. We can also
arrange a birthday or other special occasion gift program in which
we will automatically sent your employees a birthday or anniversary
gift with a card. Call us for more details.

What
if I am not happy with my arrangement?
You may return
your arrangement for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days.
It must arrive at our design center without damage. We recommend
that you save the shipping materials should a return be required.
